Most of L&D measures attendance and calls it learning. We are replacing vanity completions with verifiable proof of real competence — for any role, in 12 languages. We are a small, senior team building an AI competency and training platform, and we hire for craft, not headcount.

An organisation can run thousands of training hours and still have no idea who can actually do the job. We build competency frameworks, adaptive knowledge gates, and live AI voice exams that turn "completed a course" into rubric-backed, audit-ready evidence — scores, transcripts, timestamps, the lot. Speed is real here, but anything touching evidence, proctoring, or audit gets built to hold up under scrutiny. We ship quickly and stand behind it.

Work where you do your best thinking. We index on judgement and output, not hours online — but the seniority bar is high and deliberate.

Honest about the rest
