## What Corsable does

- **Competency frameworks** — structure any role into levels, categories, and rubric-backed requirements. Build from scratch or import an existing role guide/SOP from a PDF (with OCR) into a reviewable draft framework.
- **Knowledge gates** — adaptive multiple-choice gates verify the fundamentals before anyone reaches a live exam. Set pass thresholds, randomise banks, and gate progression automatically.
- **Live AI competency exams** — AI-assisted voice exams put people through realistic scenarios in real time, proctored with anti-cheat, scored against your rubric. Defensible, not pre-scriptable.
- **Training programs** — modules and topics that mix AI-generated lessons (flashcards, quizzes, mind maps, slides) with your own video, slides, and PDFs; required steps, unlocks, a focused learner module player, and certificates on completion.
